On March 21st I ordered and then reordered 2 games. I used a variety of certificates and when I cancelled the first order a $100 certificate was issued in refund. I no longer see it. Can you see if i used it or it "expired". If it expired my issue is that I used certs. that were good till late in the year and up to early 18, it looks like when it's returned it goes to 60 days. This I didn't see until i had an exchange today. I don't recall using it or knowing the expiration would happen that fast. Did i spend it?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your certificate! Not being able to remember if you've redeemed a certificate or if it perhaps expired would be disconcerting, so I'm glad you've reached out for more information.
Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your membership. It appears that your certificate did indeed expire. Per our My Best Buy program terms, please be aware that certificates expire after 60 days unless otherwise noted. I apologize if you were unaware of this, and would encourage you to carefully review the expiration dates as the certificates are issued.
With that said, please know that I have more information for you regarding your certificate. You may check your private messages by signing into the forum then clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner of the page.
