10% rewards missing

Hi,

I am an elite plus member had an offer on my best buy visa card - 10% points on a single purchase in March.

I made a purchase on 03/02 - Order #{removed per forum guidelines} and see only 5% pending points instead of 10%.

Before making the purchase online, I spoke to a customer service rep regarding the offer I had received in email and he confirmed that I will be getting the 10% points.

Kindly rectify the issue ASAP, thanks!

I apologize if you're not seeing all of your points pending as you anticipated. With that said, please know that points may take up to 20 days to post. If after this timeframe you aren't seeing all of your points, please let me know and I'll be delighted to look further into this.

Hi Tasha,

Its been 3 weeks now and I still dont see it - my online account shows total points posted as 1498 (599 base points + 899 bonus points) instead of 3000 points. Could you please look into it ? Thanks!

Thank you for following up with me! I'm sorry to hear you're still not seeing the points you anticipated from this purchase. 

When looking further into this offer and your purchase, it appears that this offer was regrettably only available in store. I apologize if this wasn't the information provided you originally when you contacted our phone support. Given this information though, it would seem the points awarded for your purchase would be correct.
