10% Rewards Points Never Received

I made a purchase in store for a new TV on 6/13/17. I signed up for the Best Buy credit card to receive the 10% in rewards but never received them.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on recently being approved for a My Best Buy credit card! One of the most exciting benefits customers receive right away when signing up for a new credit card with us is 10% back on their first purchase when they choose standard financing. I'm sure with a TV purchase that you were eager to use such rewards! 

I'm sorry to hear you may not be seeing the rewards on your end. Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to locate the membership and purchase in question. It appears your rewards were awarded, but that the issued certificate expired after 60 days. Per our My Best Buy program terms, certificates are only typically only valid for 60 days after they've been issued, and may not be reissued once they've expired. I apologize if you were unaware of this time frame to redeem your rewards. This certainly isn't the introduction to our program we hope customers to have.
