Hello I purchased the pc game RAGE last night and have tried several times to download Via the best buy pc app and as soon as I click on Download button it gives me a download error message . I have more then 500 Gb of space left on HDD and Have tried deleting the rage folder in the PC app and re downloading but no luck so far .
please help...................

Hi fthahim,
I'm sure you've already tried this but have completely closed out of and restarted PC App? That's one of the common troubleshooting steps I often recommend but it sounds like you are familiar with troubleshooting since you tried the "deleting the game folder" fix as well.
I have reached out to our PC App team to see if they have any insight into this issue as well so I should be hearing back from them within the next 24 hours. I'll let you know what they say!

Thank you very much Kyle , Yes I have tried deleting the folder , also completely shutting the App and restarting my computer several times and it has not helped .

Kyle, it has started downloading . I don't know if anything could be done about the slow download speeds as it has taken closer to an hour download around 5% . total file size is almost 18gb . but it seems to be working . thank you for your help .

Great, I'm glad it's working now. Unfortunately I don't think we can do much about the slow download speed as it can depend a lot on your PC & internet set up. I do know that some games take quite a while to download due to the large size of the game files though.
