Hello everyone, I bought the 59.99 digital version and registered the cdkey in guild wars 2.

Today I got the mail from them, but it is in german ! is it possible it is an EU version ? best buy only sells the us version right ?

Because I noticed there is a region lock , for EU version, EU
region only, which means I can not access to the game in US.

Hi rikku,

Did you get that email from Guild Wars 2 in German or from us?  It sounds to me like it came from them and you're right, the versions we sell are intended for use in the US only, so I would recommend you follow up with them directly for support: http://support.guildwars.com

My guess is you had a different region selected on the site when you were registering.

mines went into german too and then said key was invalid. maybe ncsoft sent bb a bunch of euro keys?

Yes.  48 business hours which means tuesay for a new key.  I'm not happy about this seeing as I planned to beta this weekend.  I may cancel and order from someone else because this isn't fair.  It's paid for and my friends, who bought from other places, are playing right now.

yes I know your pain yesterday I paid for it and I was waitind 12 hours to get beta key then I get email that my order is cancelled because is OUT OF STOCK ...digital version lol ......and I ordered this today second time 2 hours ago and its still
IN PROCESS so I gues it happen again same BULL like before
