The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. And if you're into puzzlers like Portal and the like, I can't recommend The Ball enough.

When I lower the graphic video settings I have a normal paced game. However, when I increase the video settings the game is much slower paced and choppy. What can I do to have a normal paced game while having my graphics at their peak?

This could be due to multiple reasons. Low RAM, an underpowered processor and an underpowered GPU are the main factors in frames per second (fps) in gaming.
