A couple of days ago I bought a digitally download game.  It took almost 6 hours, but it finally downloaded the game.  Now, when I click on the install manually button, absolutely nothing happens.  I have tried removing the item and then reclicking on the download and instill button, and the same thing happens, nothing! I am starting to get very irritated.  I have restarted my computer several times, and I have also tried reinstalling the pc app a couple of times and nothing works!

Ok so I have the game downloaded and installed now.  I had to delete the games files and redownload the games four times, but it FINALLY installed.  No thanks to the help of best buy.

Yeah, I've noticed that the support for the Digital download is atrocious. I've requested support twice from Digital River (the company making the PC App software), with no reply over the course of 72 hours.

No support, non functioning downloads... no returns? Hahaha. I'm about to have the charges reversed on my account.

I'm really sorry I didn't get to your post sooner.  I wish I could have helped direct your troubleshooting a bit and saved you some time so my sincere apologies.
