I have yet to receive a token code for game i bought... its been almost an hour... email should not have taken this long... can someone help?????
I am not a big fan of buying tokens for games, opting for buying the actual physical game in a BB retail store. Always check your spam/junk mail folder just in case the email went to there by mistake, as emails have a tendancy to do. If you don't get it within 24 hours, you may want to call customer service, but in the future, if possible, order the actual game disc on the BB website or pick it up at a local BB store.

I'm disappointed to hear that things didn't go so smoothly with your digital download and especially bummed to see that your order in cancelled status. I wish I could have gotten to you sooner to step in and help so I'm sorry about that.
