I purchased the sims 3 pets, and started to download it through the best buy pc app. It finished downloading but i dont know what to do now. There is a button that says INSTALL MANUALLY but everytime i click on it nothing happens. I have The Sims 3 on a disk and i dont know what to do, please help.

Try highliting the little box to the left of the game name in the downloads list.

I really hope you were able to get your Sims 3 Pets installed by now but if not, you could try to install it using the .exe file located in the directory where PC App stores the download files.  You should be able to find that file at this location on your hard drive:

C:\Users\ [User Name] \AppData\Local\Best Buy pc app\DigitalShelf\ [Your Game folder]

Also keep in mind that PC App is not compatible with Mac and has the following minimum system requirements:

• Windows 7, Windows Vista with service pack 1, or Windows XP
• 1.0GHz processor or faster
• 512 MB RAM (1GB recommended)
• 50MB available hard drive space for installation; additional drive space required to download applications
• 1024 x 600 display (1200 x 800 recommended) with 16-bit video card
• Broadband Internet connection required for online services.
