Hello, I've recently placed a preorder on a Diablo 3 Collector's Edition and chose the option to pick it up at the store. My question is, is it guarunteed to be in stock? I've heard about a few bad experiences from friends where an item they had ordered online for store pick up had not actually been in stock. I would hate to walk in on the release date to hear that the store had run out when I placed an order 2 months prior. Thanks in advance for your time!

We allocate our stock numbers according to the pre-orders we've received for each location so you'll be good to pick up your Collector's Edition of Diablo III on 5/15/12.  I realize there have been incidents in the past, such as what your friends may have mentioned but I can assure you we have been taking measures to avoid that happening again.
