I have never been able to log on the PC APP. Everytime it shows "An error occured while processing your request. Please try again."
I tried what the FAQ suggested, reset password, reinstall the app, even reset my email address, none of those works ! I have noticed this issue bugs a lot of people, so pls, tech team solve this!
I don't want getting nothing after paid 80 bucks on a digital copy of a game. this is ridiculous.

I have the same exact issue (can't log in pc app) AND I have not gotten my key through email. The beta is in like 5 hours, I need to download the client before the massive influx.

I agree, this is not cool. I pinged thier login servers from multiple location relays and they all time out. I would say the servers are experiencing issues and bestbuy thinks selling us geeksquad is the answer to fixing this issue. I called to ask if they are working on this issue and the girl decided remoting into my computer was going to solve this issue....

After many many disconnected phone calls turns out they are actually having a huge problem through email confirmations and phone lines (the phone representatives can't even connect to other departments when they want to transfer me to someone else, it just cuts off or bust signal). Must be major to be affecting phone lines and processing orders online....

Hello all,
With this many of you experiencing the same error on the same day I'm sure something was up with the servers. I didn't see any communications go out but it is evident something went on. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I've heard that other users have been able to logon today though so I would suggest trying again if you haven't already.

Even though it is true that we can log on to Best Buy PC App, Gw2 Digital Deluxe is still "in process" for me.
So I haven't been sent a key yet. Therefore, when I logged in to Best Buy PC App there is nothing there to acquire as it hasn't detected that I have purchased the game.
Please do not dismiss my issue as only a Best Buy Pc App problem as that was only a secondary issue. My order is still stuck "in processing".
Already, two days of the Guild Wars 2 event have passed and it is nearly over. We (of the affected customers) have been promised guaranteed access to the Guild Wars 2 events by pre-purchasing GW2 from best Buy. How will we be compensated?

And im waiting whole day like an IDIOT for that mail and nothing but nobody cares they got our money and that what is important and besides that the fact that we didnt get the game...they dont care

Looks like the only way to play that beta this weekend is to cancell that order from best buy ...im pretty sure that when I buy it from GAME STOP i will get beta key just in few minutes like it supossed to be and BEST BUY in this case should get name WORST BUY that was my first purchase with BB store and its such a FAIL unbelievable.
