I was wondering how I can go about pre-ordering Diablo III Collector's Edition. 

I've been spending a few months trying to set aside some cash for Diablo III and would like to know; if I were to go to my local BestBuy and ask if it's possible to order it online and have it shipped to my address on the day/week of release, would I be able to have that order made?

You can check online to see if any pre orders are available. Another option is to use choose store pick up, but that is only if the Best Buys near you still have one available. To my knowledge most of them are booked though. There is currently a big issue about the limited supply on the Blizzard forums. Good luck!
