I ordered two Sims 3 games on 12/20 and I have not received the digital codes needed in order to play these games on my laptop.
I would truly appreciate the help. I expected the info to be emailed to me already. Calling 1-888- BEST-BUY DID did not help. Please help me out.

They are very sloppy when it comes to digital orders, i purchased a $US50 psn code and I have received an incorrect code cannot get in touch wid customer service.

The key code should come on the app under the game. I hope this helps
