I am trying to log into Pc app with a bestbuy.com account. It said my password didn't meet security standards. i changed my password multiple times and I received the same message. I then tried to create an account through the pc app and i was not able to do so because it said there was a space in my security answer or that the captcha code was incorrect. I really just need another option to access the pc app because I have already purchased a game that is available for download.

I'm sorry to hear about the troubles you've run into trying to log in to Best Buy pc app.  From looking at the email address you have on file, I have a feeling that may be part of the problem.  Would you happen to have alternate email address you could try, such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo email?  I would recommend changing it on your existing BestBuy.com account first and then trying to access PC App again.

Let me know if that fixes or not and we'll go from there.
