I created another acount using my @gmail account, and it worked fine. I had to repurchase the software. I will have to get another rewards account. Alot of trouble it you ask me.

Hey JParson,
I'm glad you were able to get through with the alternate email. I was doing some checking on your account after I saw your update on Saturday and I believe we were near a solution. In fact, the changes we put through should take effect within 24 hours so if you want to try logging in again tomorrow, you should be able to get through. I just heard back on that today so I'm really sorry I could catch you before you made that new account and re-purchased the DLC. I will go ahead and send you another private message to see if there is anything else we can do to help ease your frustrations with this whole situation.
