I bought the BATTLEFIELD 3 BACK TO KARKAND-Windows[Digital Download Add-On] at the end of Dec. When I tryed to register with the PC app, it tells me the security answer should not contain space. I have tryed to register about five times since I have bought the game. I have called support about four or five times. I have uninstalled the app twice and reinstalled it. The first time I called I was told the servers are overloaded and to try back later. The second time I talked to a software designer, and he said the servers are overloaded. Finally they say they think they have a issue with the program. My problem is I have already payed for the download. I know there is no refunds on downloads, but a month later still no download. I am tired of calling support. I have bought numerous products from the store, but after this I don't know. My question is what should I do? Accept the fact that I got screwed?
Please respond, so I don't have to deal with support.

Hi JParson,
I took a look through the call notes from those various support calls you mentioned and it sounds like your main issue is actually logging on to PC App. I am wondering why you are having to enter your security answer as you shouldn't have to make a new account to log in; you should just be able to log in using your BestBuy.com log in credentials. If you could provide some more clarification there that would be great and I'll see if I can figure out what's going on.

I'm sorry for that inconsistency in support. I'll do my best to rebuild that confidence for you and get you up and running with your Back to Kirkland BF3 content.
What I would like you to try is resetting your password on BestBuy.com to see if that allows you to log in to PC App. To do so follow these steps:
Let me know how that goes and we'll go from there.

I wish I could tell you that it work, but I can't. After changeing my password. I tryed to login with the new creidentails, but still same problem. The password does not meet Best Buy's security standards.

That is certainly strange. I will run this by our pc app team to see if they have any ideas. I'll get back to you shortly. Thanks for hanging in there with me!

I know I mentioned this previously but just to be sure, you did use at least one number and only uppercase/lowercase letters in your password correct?
Also, the pc app team recommended you fill out the other information fields such as address, first name, last name and phone number on your BestBuy.com account.
Sorry for the continued detailed questions. If this doesn't work, we'll need to purse another route on our end.

Yes my password has letters and numbers only.It has more than 6 characters I checked my shipping addresss on my bestbuy.com account. Everything seemed in order there. I have order other things from the online store. Them idems was delivered by mail, so I already had my address, phone number, ect in the system.
