The PC app stopped working in the middle of my Skyrim download. I tried to repair it. It tells me that some files are missing and forces me to abort.  I did a system restore. Tried to reinstall.  Its telling me the same thing. Can't install the app, so I can't play the game I paid for. Merry Christmas.

Due to higher than anticipated traffic over the past holiday weekend, we experienced intermittent unavailability of our PC App services that may have caused the issues you encountered.  We have since addressed these issues and are taking measures to avoid this from happening again and to ensure a more stable digital download experience.  If you have not already done so, please try to download your game again and let us know if you run into any more problems.

I'm having the same issue as well. I've done all the steps and even sytem restored a few times and still it only ask for repair. I was letting download my copy of Arkham City and went to check on it and it logged me out as I downloading. Now the App wont work what so ever... I feel your pain. Did you check your program files and or ran a search for the words BEST BUY on your pc and see what pops up and deleate it all hopefully it'll let you re download everything. As for I'm still trying to get mine to work with no avil.

Were you able to get your copy of Batman: Arkham City fully downloaded and installed as of yet?  I'm not sure why you would have been logged-out of PC App mid-download; perhaps there was a drop in connectivity.  It's also strange the app wouldn't work at all once you tried again.  What exactly was/is it doing; just closing out entirely?

I did get it to install but the app is still broken. I cheated by making a new user on my account and the App was right there working just fine. I kept on saying part of file was missing and that the click once wasn't working.  Though I got my arkham to work so Im quite happy.

Strange.  Well I'm glad you got Arkham City up and running!  You may want to try a re-install of PC App to see if that fixes the errors you're getting.
