I would like to upgrade to a more powerful graphics card but i'm not sure what will work with this model.

I'm running:

Windows 7 Ultimate w/ SP1 

Processor: Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00GHZ

Installed RAM: 2GB

System type: 32-bit OS

Product #: GX618AA#ABA

I like to stream music and video and the system seems to bog down when I have 5-6 windows open. I'm not ready to give up on this computer yet so i've decided to upgrade. I would also like to add a 2nd monitor but the current graphics system does not support that. Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated
