My digital purchace

Alright it would seem i made a mistake in buying a game from best buy.. there is no reason digital content should be this hard to get. I bought the game to play now and I am still waiting after 90 min for the e-mail.. (when i registered with this site took a second to get that e-mail.. I think this is attrotious that you have to wait for a digital copy yet they tag ur card pretty darn fast. If i would of seen all the problems in the forums i would of not bought it here.. a place that is supposed to be so technology diven cant even get ya your products or really it seem a respons...

Yeah, I was disappointed after ordering last night and not being able to download content until this morning. It should all be automatic by now.  They get paid and you dl it.

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment with not receiving your code as quickly as you would've hoped. It is always our intention to get you your digital content as quickly as possible, and sometimes it can take up to 24-48 hours to fully process.

 

However, I was able to pull up your order with the email listed in your forum profile, and it looks like you should've received your download for Battlefield 3 on Friday afternoon.  As a company that is here to bring you the latest and greatest, I understand your feelings of being let down. We are hoping to create the best experience for you, and I appreciate your comments on how we can do that!

What is the point in buying digital content if i ordered it on the 27th and could not get it for 2the days. Your site is misleading. My card was charged at the time of check out so the order process had went through. Your site needs to reflect that it will take up to 2 days for download right now it says download after checkout. That is misleading and misrepresenting what you offer. It needs to be changed

As I previously stated, most of the time we can send the email and code fairly quickly. At times, it can take a bit longer and is on an individual basis. It's regrettable that you weren't able to get it as immediately as you hoped. Thanks for your additional comments!

Thats fine however you guys seem to know it is a problem. Ur quote from the above message states... "sometimes the order can take 24 to 48 hours to fully process" which means you know it is a problem and seems to be one in your forums. It needs to be posted before checkout. I did 2just digital purchases and they did the same thing. Now if i had read that 24 to 2448the hours i would of not waisted 90 or so min on the phone and my card was charged and not even gettng an email confirmation for the purchases. It needs to be stated on the site of your problem. Cards are charged as soon as i clicked it. So proccesing our cards dont seem to be a problem for you.

The majority of people do receive their codes within a very short amount of time. Depending on the individual situation, it may take longer. When you place an order for a digital download, your card is not fully charged until the email is sent to you.There is an authorization put on your credit card for the amount.  If you place an order for a digital download and somehow it is canceled, then the authorization is lifted.You are not fully charged until the order completes and closes.
