For the past day I've had problems with my Logitech G930 wireless headset. Whenever I set it on to charge it would not charge unless I pushed the wire a certain way. Just now it stopped working altogether. I do not have a receipt for it, I ordered it online and received no paperwork (not sure if thats normal or not, I've never ordered online through best buy). I believe it should be under a 2 year limited warranty, but I'm not too sure, any information would be thankful.

I'm sorry to hear about your G930 not working properly. I was actually able to locate your purchase using the email address you have registered on these forums so I will send that receipt to you via private message on these forums. You can watch for that message by clicking the envelope icon in the upper righthand corner of the site (need to be logged in for it to show up).
You should be able to contact Logitech with that proof of purchase then and see about your warranty coverage. I hope they can work something out for you!

Thank you very much, I'm not sure why I didn't receive one in the first place even for an online purchase, but I went along with it. Hopefully this can be fixed, thanks for your time.
