Yes i put and order in for this yesterday at 1:00PM CST. and I have yet to recieve an email with the cdkey or anything like that so i can play this finally. Can anyone explain why?

You have to download the Bestbuy PC app and then sign in thee. From there just click on 'My account' and you should see it there.
