I paid for this online last night, shipped to me, and now the collector's edition says "Sold Out Online"
Am I guaranteed a shipped copy?

So, you're asking this:
You pre-ordered and paid for a copy of the Diablo III Collector's Edition on Best Buy's site, before it sold out. It became "sold out" shortly after that. You want to know if you'll be receiving the Collector's Edition?
Think about that for a second. If you waited in line to buy tickets for a concert and right after you, they became sold out, wouldn't you have secured your tickets?
Not trying to give you a hard time, I just think the hype surrounding the DIII CE is a little crazy. These Collector's Editions will not be super rare. In fact, looking at what happened with the Starcraft 2 Collector's Edition, you'll find these in stores for months to come.

That's exactly what Blizzard is thinking too, by making plenty of Collector's Editions for those who want them. Of course, you'll always have people who will wait until the very last minute, and then complain that they couldn't find one. But this sequel has been hyped up and anticipated for well over a decade now. Blizzard knows this and will make the correct amount of Collector's Editions.

Thanks for your post regarding your order of the CE for Diablo III. I can understand your concern, as I'm under the impression it's pretty much sold out everywhere and Best Buy was one of the last retailers to still have copies! You are correct that as of now, we are sold out of the CE for this title.
However, I was able to pull up your order and everything looks great. It is just waiting for the game to be released! Your preorder is the best way to ensure your copy. You should also receive an email notification when your item ships or if there are any changes to your order.
