I have buyed grand theft auto san andreas by digital download and i follow all the steps but when i go to best buy pc app and i go to downloads it dosen't apear for download please can someone help me

Hello ga110899,

Are you logging in to PC App using the same username and password as your BestBuy.com account?  If not, that may be causing your problem.

Also, you may want to try logging in to your BestBuy.com account, locating your order under "View Orders", then clicking the download link there as that has been known to work better versus the email link for some users.
