I am unable to login. I keep getting the same error over and over. "An error occured while processing your request, please try again". I have tried reseting password on the website...

It sounds like you've done a bit of troubleshooting on your own already with resetting your password. Did you try restarting PC App altogether?
I realize it has been a day since you encountered this issue so let me know where you are at now. There is a possibility that it was just a hiccup your connection to the PC App servers.
