I DID choose the 8500gt for GTA IV and in my opinion it SUCKED! After christmas i have gotten a lot of money and i am now willing to make the price higher than $70. My new max is $130.

Here are my specifications AGAIN.

Pick up an 8800GT or GTS, should be able to get them for under your budget. Pick up a 600W PSU.

It's always best to go with the most powerful power supply you can afford. No use in spending money on a 500w and then have to upgrade again in another year or so.

do you think i should get them both from Best-Buy or E-bay?    I like best-buy products but E-bay is cheaper.

Never buy components off eBae. You're likely to get refurbs and knock offs. Any B&M store is going to have really bad prices on components.
