I've bought Guild wars 2 Digital download trough Best buy since yesterday, and i haven't even recieved a mail from you guys, I've been waiting for a long time already , order status has been in progress for about 24 hours, and its suposed to get ready in about 15-30 mins as it says there.. Please help me ?

I finally got someone seemingly competant on the phone and they basically told me this: Their app program is going to be broken for the next 24 to 48 hours, and we are all boned. We just have to wait til it's fixed until we can access our codes.

No you can not get a refund.
