Just for clarity, do you mean "pre-purchase" offers, or "pre-order" offers?

"Update (4/11/12): this list of retailers participating in the Guild Wars 2 prepurchase program is now no longer needed because we are now using the list on the Guild Wars 2 website at this address:

Ok, so ArenaNet went ahead and solidified their position that Best Buy will be offering Guild Wars 2 for pre-purchase, including the pre-purchase of the Collector's Edition, by officially displaying it on their own website. 

Information seems to be trickling down slowly through Best Buy channels so now hope is raised again that I'll eventually be able to pre-purchase (not pre-order) a copy of the CE.  At least we're getting updates with this retailer. Over at Amazon they don't have forums like this so when it comes to their own pre-purchases of GW2 it'll be ready "when it's ready".

Pre-order- you put $5 - $25 down depending on the retailer and on release day one is waiting for you to finish paying for it and pick up.

Pre-Purchase- You pay in full for the item and you get the beta invites plus bonus items. On release day you just have to pick it up.

This applies to boxed and digital orders.

Seriously, this is sloppy. I'm glad Best Buy is offering the CE and I pray that they will be offering it for PRE-PURCHASE and not just PRE-ORDER.

If come Friday, April 13th I will be able to PRE-PURCHASE a Collectors Edition from Best Buy (either the store or online) I will be pre-purchasing an additional digital deluxe edition for my wife. Huzzah!

I just got off the phone with best buy and they are not participating with the pre-purchase only the pre-order. Well looks like I am off to game stop. They will pre-order them tomorrow but no keys. Unless things change today. But I doubt it.
