Hey guys,

I just got my code via the Best Buy app.  I purchased yesterday afternoon so it may take a day to process your order and for you to get your code.  I already registered my account on the official Guild Wars 2 page so i'm good to go.  It was a bumpy ride with this whole Pre-Purchase ordeal but i'm glad Best Buy came through and offered us the promotion.

I got emails the code was ready for both copies of mine but I open the BB pc app and it's not listed under my account at all. I purchased two copies and they are both the same way.

Email said the codes were ready but nothing in My Downloads either on the PC app.

Be sure that you are logging into the PC App correctly per the FAQ that Kyle posted.

You might want to close the App and reopen it. If this is still persisting, please let us know!

Followed the FAQ posted and there is still nothing in the My Downloads section of the PC App under the right account. Tried restarting the app and this didn't help either.

The game finally appeared on my app and already registered in guild wars 2 website, but does that mean we are just getting the retail key and not the beta key? This is quite confusing, also if shows the option to download. Is the download the actual GW2 client?

I know that Kyle told us previously that his ETA for the CE on the 13th was not correct anymore. But now that the date has arrived, do we have a better idea of when it will be possible to pre-order (or even better!) pre-purchase the CE? Is there a possibility that even the CE pre-order will not be available?

Just want to know if I should wait on this or go ahead and give gamestop.com my business.

Guild Wars 2 was finally added to My Downloads section also. It looks like everyone should be getting their code.
