yeah lol it's not really "immediately" I ordered right now and I haven't got it. I do hope I get it though. I was looking forward to get the physical version but I guess digital is the only one with the prepurchase promo on best buy

I pre-purchased the Digital Deluxe version over an hour ago and still have not received any codes.

It may take awhile, I know some retailers took some time for some reason. But, perhaps, Best Buy is just having all sorts of trouble.

Why exactly can we do the pre-purchase on the digital items but not the box version??  Is it a limitation by your web software, gamestop offers it up but Best Buy can't, why?

This is very very very frustrating to keep hearing mixed messages from BOTH companies, there is no reason that the pre-purchase can't be done from Best Buy unless it's a limitation by their system. Let me pre-purchase the CE so I can get in on the action!

Just a reminder for my fellow GW2 fans that the first beta event has yet to be announced by ArenaNet so there is ample time for you to redeem your pre-purchase codes before then. As ^RB2 would say, "Don't Panic!"

ArenaNet reports that Best Buy in Canada was able to follow through with pre-purchases of the CE.while in the U.S. they do not.   *sigh* That's ok, If our Best Buy cannot do it I will still do a pre-order since I've been saving up RZ certificates for it anyway.  I'll just have to live without any of the bonuses. =/

Apparently there is a delay for some.  I've been awaiting my code for over an hour with nothing to show in my BB pc app.
