I recently reinstalled Windows 7, and underwent a complete reinstallation of all my programs, including the BB PC App.  After doing so I went to install my previously purchased games, only to find my downloads section empty, no less than 3-4 games.  Why if the section on the BB website says they are "permenantly stored" do I even have to submit a post like this?  I hope for a quick resolution to my problem.

Just a note, I briefly, and I mean so fast I can't tell which one it is, but I glimpse a game in the downloads section which then promptly disappears.

Hi warrior5348,

Are you logging in to PC App using the exact same credentials as your BestBuy.com account that you used to purchase the games in the first place?  That's my first thought because the games wouldn't show up in your "My Downloads" section if you were logged in under different account.

well, now i feel like a jerk. Thats what it was. Though most programs where your Email is your log in tend not to allow you to have multiple passwords attached to them. So when I logged in with one and it worked, it never occured to me to simply use one of my other passwords.
