I figured out that if your game requires you to insert a disc(digital copy), uncompress your zip folder and open your autorun set up information. If it has Disc=1 under special, delete the Disc=1 and it'll run like it's supposed to, Best Buy should check all their digital copy files and make sure that it's fixed.

We've confirmed that this workaround is does in fact, work, but we are also going to update the game files on our end so the problem doesn't present itself moving forward for this particular title.
We've been seeing this type of error arise mostly with EA titles as they've changed how their installers are setup/unpacked. We are continually working to test them and make sure they are all updated so you don't see things like this anymore.
