Game isn't downloading.....at all

I recently bought Lego Harry Potter 5-7, and downloaded the PC app. But when I started the download process it did nothing for 2 hours, no progress what so ever. And I'm pretty positive its not my computer if I can download Batman in like 4 hours off Origin. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the website being down tonight and not showing the midnight sales at all. Which I was also excited for unfortunately.

Hi Marihart89,

 

Welcome to the forum and thanks for letting us know you've had some issues downloading HP 5-7. I haven't heard that there was any reported issue yesterday with the PC App, but I have emailed our business team to double check. If you haven't already, take a look at Kyle's FAQ on the PC App and Digital downloads and that might help troubleshoot your issue. Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for responding. I checked Kyle's FAQ out when it wasn't working originally though. But I called customer service yesterday about it too and they said they would have to get back to me in about 48 to 72 hours. Quite a wait but if it fixes the problem, I'm all for it.
