Let me ask WHY NOBODY from BEST BUY SUPPORT give us answer about Guild WARS 2 PRE ORDER ISSUE.........????? WE PAID MONEY!!!! OUR MONEY !!!!!!!!! and you gave everyone who ask if he can buy and play beta this weekend NICE ANSWER " OF COURSE YOU CAN everything is great come on BUY IT BUY IT!!!!! " SO YOU LIE giving us information like this one BECAUSE WHATEVER HAPPEN THERE YOU DON'T GIVE US THE ANSWER WHY WE PAID FOR DIGITAL game download that we CAN'T HAVE!!!!!!!! WHAT IS THAT??? ITS A SCAM IT'S ILLEGAL!!!!! AND THIS ISSUE IF from Friday or even Thursday... so my question for BEST BUY is WHY EVEN TODAY IF SOMEONE ASK FOR IT YOU SAY THAT EVERYTHING IS OK??? ITS A LIE NOTHING ELSE AND DON'T EVEN DARE TO PRETEND THAT CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE GAVE THIS KIND OF ANSWER TO CUSTOMER BECAUSE HE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT ISSUE!!!!

I went to research the status of your order and it appears it was cancelled as of yesterday. OK pvt message was sent over hour ago and still no response how long its gonna take to get my beta key this is ridiculous you said you will help me and what should I go sleep and forget about it?

It is not possible to buy DIGITAL VERSION of the game and after 6hours or even more your order is still in process I mean how many hours your filters and other stuff needs to chceck if game was purchased or whatever ....why nobody from BEST BUY is not able to fix that issue or send beta keys in email manually to everyone who paid for game but for some reason his order is still "IN PROCESS"
