So I had a couple Best Buy gift certificates laying around and decided to purchase Kingdoms of Amalur:Reckoning from Best Buy. When I logged in online it gave me an option to buy a digital copy and I decided hey what the heck lets give it a try. BIIIG BIIIIIIIIIG MISTAKE. For the past 6 hours its been a complete hassle. I first started out downloading the game...which took around two hours. No biggie there...But when it finished downloading it said "corrupted date install again". At this time the Best Buy App shut down so I had to restart it. I was a little angry...but decided okay.I'll do it again. I restarted the App and to my amazement it said "Install Manually" next to the game. I Attempted to hit the button....but nothing happened. I attempted to Remove the game...and install it again...but an error would continue to pop up and shutdown the app. I tried uninstalling the Best Buy Pc App...but again nothing. I attempted to contact customer support four hours ago...but again no response from them either....buyer beware.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting about your troubles with downloading Kingdoms of Amalur. I'm disheartened to hear that your experience hasn't been the easiest, especially since you decided to try out our digital downloads for the first time.
Have you checked out Kyle's FAQ on the PC App and Digital downloads? It might help troubleshoot your issue. Let me know how it goes.

Nothing in his post has anything to do with any errors. I am also having trouble downloading kingdoms of amalur. If i unfocus the application for any amount of time, my session logs out. Very hard to download a 13 gig file when i have so sit and stare at the app the whole time. And when I finally got it past 50% i got an error and it told me I had to start the download again. Very frustrated.

Are you still encountering the un-focus problem with your Kingdom of Amalur: Reckoning download? I haven't seen this type of issue come up before so it may be specific to your PC but I would be happy to check with my PC App contacts if you are still looking for assistance.
