Well, this is pretty simple... in the first time sorry for some mistakes on the wors...

I'm from Brazil, and i was trying to pre-purchase the Guild Wars 2 game, i've bought it and payd at the exact moment.

Tried to download the best buy app to do my digital game download, but it dosn't work..

So i went to the forum to see if i find something about it... 

And its strange that in forum they said that NO ONE outside US besides Puerto Rico, can do the download...

Thats basically a absurd, since at the moment i purchase the game, it only specifies to me to check the box if i was an international user...

I'm very disapointed, and if this thing dosn't solved, i'll like my money back... 
That was a bad experience...

Since Best Buy haven't answered yet, i'll like to keep updated that if they doesn't solve this problem in about a couple of hours, i'll enter in contact with my credit card company, and solve this mess.

Thanks Best Buy for the worst experience on shopping online...

Hello sife,

I'm sorry if there was any confusion when you were shopping for Guild Wars 2.  We try to clearly specify right on the product page and during checkout that our digital downloads are for use in the US only.  I'm not sure which check box you are referring to but I know the message "Download in US only" is displayed in your cart and when completing your order and at both of those areas there are check boxes elsewhere on the page.

Unfortunately, we would not able to refund the order as this is a non-refundable product but I was able to track down your order and I see that you were able to enter a US mailing address to complete the order.  Perhaps you have someone in the US to which you could give the download?

No i don't have nobody to give it, and since is 80 bucks, and in here thats a lot of money, i'm basiclly would like my money back...

And regards for the adress, when i was buying, the moment that they asked me for my info's and adresses, its shows a "checkbox" and it specifies "if you're an international buyer, click here" , and i don't know exactly were, but on the same page, it says to use the adress from BB to complete the purchase...

If it's not suposed to buy it, do like Gamestop, don't let anyone to buy it, and to pay for it if i'll not going to be able to use the stuff...

If this transaction can't be cancelled, i'll cancell directly with my credit card...
