I purchase a digital download where I was suppose to receive a email containing a token code but never received the email.Bestbuy customer support said the email was sent and they cannot give me a refund. It should not take this long to receive a email especially when the status of my order says complete. At the top of my order details it says "You will receive an e-mail with instructions to get your digital product." but in the description area of the order details it says "Order Status: 1 item(s) - Ready to download". Whats the deal BestBuy? I have had nothing but problems with your company! THIS IS THE LAST TIME!!!

Still no communication from best buy support to help with this issue. I either want the order cancelled or the token code!!

I was able to locate your order using the email address you have a registered on the forums here and have been researching your digital download situation. You should have received the email with your token code shortly after placing the order so perhaps it got caught by your email filters or something. Nevertheless, I believe I may have a resolution to offer and I will send you a private message to explain that in more detail. To check for that message in your forum inbox, simply click the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the site (must be logged-in for it to appear).
