I pre-ordered the Diablo 3 CE for in-store pick up on march 19th and got a confirmation email that lists the store.

Checking the online order status however does not list my store. As of now, all the stores have no availability any more for the CE.

Am i guaranteed my reservation of a CE copy in the store as mentioned in the email?

In other things: Can you guys please do a midnight release at the salem nh store. the CE is unavailable in all nearby stores which means you have sold your quota, so make the customers happy and give them a midnight copy.

I have the same issue in the order status page, however my email did not say which store either.

Hey unsureElectron,

If your email confirmation listed the store you selected for in-store pick-up then you're good to go.  We have the pre-order system on BestBuy.com set up to shut down when we have fulfilled our pre-order quota for the title so, since you were able to place a pre-order, you've secured your copy when 5/15 rolls around.

As for the midnight opening, it looks like Nashua and West Lebanon are our only stores in NH hosting one so I'm sorry about that.  I would recommend going in as soon as possible when your location opens up on 5/15.

oh trust me i will be there at the crack of the doors opening. i really wish u guys would in the future pre-show stores slated for midnight release.

would make it competetive with gamestop. even if u had like a small single teller counter open to do this.. would be great for customers.

We actually just posted our list of midnight stores over the weekend.  We've been working to finalize the list or some time but I'm sorry it wasn't up sooner for your reference.

sadly it is what it is and i will just have to deal with it.

that being said, the logistics team at best buy needs some serious work if it wants to stay afloat in this digtial day and age. it only makes sense to release a list of stores before opening the pre-order floodgates. this way people can actually pre-order at the right store. releasing a list after is more like a lottery. serious gamers like myself, like calculated approaches and tend to go with the sure thing instead of gambling. which is probably why gamestop sold out months before bestbuy.
