I bought Guild wars 2 Digital copy, i downloaded PC app and could'nt login it says "an error occured while procissing your request. Please try again.

i have changed my pass, re installed pc app and restart my pc non of this worked for me... HELP Please!

I believe we were experiencing some hang-ups with PC App over the weekend so I'm sorry for that inconvenience.  Were you able to log in and access your Guild Wars 2 information?
