I just bought GTA IV for PC and I am unable to download the game from the my downloads area in the application even though it says download and install. When I click on it I get the following error message:
There was an unexpected error with the application. If the problems persists, exit best buy PC app. Do you want to exit?

Hey brettgod1355,
I apologize for the delayed response. I realize it has been a few days since you posted on your issue but were you able to get PC App up and running as of yet? I am not aware of any system outages that occurred during that time frame.
Let me know if not and if you're still getting that "unexpected error" and I'll see what I can figure out for you.

I was still unable to get the PC app to work 48 hours after I made the purchase. I called up BB customer support and talked to a really nice guy who is some kind of app designer of his own as well as game designer and he agreed that the app should not of been released since BB was aware of the situation as they received many calls about it. Even though that the purchase clearly stated no refunds he contacted supervisors and was able to get me a refund and I took my service else ware

Well, I'm glad you were at least able to get the situation addressed, although it's a bummer that it ended up being through a refund and not a downloaded game. I hope you're enjoying the game now if you were able to secure a copy somewhere else.
