ok, i'm downlaing my game from the PC app, i have good internet and it taking me horus to downlad 1 game. how can i speed it up?

I realize there is somewhat of an expectation set these days with receiving digital content right away so I'm really sorry your game download was taking a long time.  I was bummed that you ended up buying it using a different program but I just wanted to let you know that, in light of the increased traffic on our servers over the holiday weekend, we are taking measures to improve the overall digital download experience moving forward should you decide to try the service again.
