Ok yeah, Geek Squad should be able to walk you through what I mentioned at the store and get you setup. I'm sorry for the hassle but let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.

I would have thought the repair option would have corrected those missing files. Have you tried re-downloading PC App and the running that install again? My thought is that the repair option from that might prove successful given that the newly downloaded files should contain everything you need to repair the installation and replace those missing files.
I wish I could give more direct solutions but, without having direct access to your computer to troubleshoot, we are somewhat limited here. However, you could bring it in to your local Best Buy to have Geek Squad check it out or give them a call at 1-800-GEEKSQUAD / 1-800-433-5778.

though thought is that you might not be logging in to the same account you used to order the game on BestBuy.com. Are you using the same login credentials as your BestBuy.com account?
