I spent about 7 hours trying to get their pc app to actually work on my Windows XP pc...finally succeeded and downloaded my game,,,850MB later, I actually got to the point of installing said game. Then I executed it, and lo and behold it asked me for the key code which they had provided...of course it came back invalid, so I retried it several times to no avail...contacted the game supplier's support and was told that they do not require a key code and it was strictly a Best Buy requirement. Called Best Buy tech support and after being transferred several times, was told that it would take 3 days to regenerate a new key code...all this for a $10.00 game.....my first and last downloadable purchase from Best Buy.

I'm sure you were anxious to start playing your new game, as is to be expected with a game digital downloads, so I am really sorry for the key code issues you ran into. I can understand you're frustration and how you would be let down with this being your first digital download expeirence with us.
I am honestly not sure why your keycode would turn up invalid right after your purchase but, if they were going to generate a new one, that should have gotten to you by now; were you able to get the game up and running now? If not, certainly let me know and I'll consult with my PC App contacts to ensure we get you up and running right away.
