Five hours ago, I purchased the Skyrim digital download. The pc app downloaded about 72% of the game, then stopped and logged me off. I tried to log back in, and got this error:
"An error occured while processing your request. Please try again."
In the past five hours, I've changed passwords, repaired the program, reinstalled the program, rebooted the computer, etc. etc. all several times. And I still get that message every time I try to log back in.
Please help! I just want to play the game I paid for...

Same exact thing is happening to me. This is rediculous.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for letting us know you're having some trouble logging into the PC App. Have you seen Kyle's FAQ on the PC App and Digital downloads? I believe he addresses some login issues that you might find helpful. Let me know if you were able to login and get your game.
