I just bought the Civilization V downloadable pc game. I downloaded the best buy app, but when I try to login it says this:

That's strange as I didn't hear of any system issues this past week that might produce that error.  I will check with the PC App team to be sure.  Have you tried again since then?

Yep, the PC App team confirmed that there weren't any system issues at the time and recommended that attempt to login again as well.  Let me know if that works!
