I purchased Batman Arkham City last night and had it downloading overnight. This morning, the download stopped at 56%. I paused the game and resumed it many times and it is still not going any further than 56%.
So I closed the app and restarted my computer. Now When I open the software (under My Account --> My Downloads) the purchase I made is no longer there.
I called Geek Squad, as usual, NO HELP AT ALL. She didn't know what she was talking about. Asking me to turn the view hidden folder option on TWICE(which I already had that on). She said that she was just reading off a guide. Then She transferred me. (Currently I am on hold).
Does this mean the game I purchased is gone?...... This PC App software is horrible.

I had the same issue. You have to delete all files that was downloaded before and restart the download.
Go to start menu
go to C drive
Click on "Organize" (right under back arrow)
click on "Folders and search options" (folder options window will pop up)
click on the middle "view" tab
look for "hidden files and folders" and choose to "show hidden files, folders or drives" apply and close window
In the C drive, click on "Users"
click on the folder that you named your computer after or the main user name.
click on Appdata
click on local
click on "Best buy pc app" folder
click on "digital shelf" folder
you will now see the downloaded folder "Batman Arkham City"
Delete it.
Restart your computer. and start up the best buy pc app.
it should now be in your downloads. Redownload it.
Let me know if this works.

Thanks for help. Last night after I came back from dinner, I turned it back on and the download was there again. So it continued the download.
Maybe it was a server problem...... Now I have the game installed and ready to play :-D
Anyways, thanks for the help.
