Hello,

Now, I am looking for an honest, and well in depth answer please. I have read a few posts already and the answers seem to be beating around the bush, and that strikes as concerning. 

I had purchased a game download the previous night (early morning rather) and I had received the download today. I had started the download around 4 in the afternoon and it was going well until about 20 minutes ago where I was logged out, and not of my own doing, and when I logged back in the download had been paused, and yet I do not see a way to unpause it. the only option I have is to remove it, and I have not recieved an error message, so I would very much appreciate a way to solve this problem. I don't mean to be rude but I just spent $30 and I would like to play my game.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to get to your post sooner.  I hope you were able to get your game fully downloaded and installed by now.

I also offer my apologies for the inconvenience with your game download. From what it sounds like, you may have encountered a spike in volume on our download servers which caused the interrupted download, in which case a re-download may have been necessary as the interruption could have caused incomplete game files.  I can't say for sure but let me know if you were able to get it up and running or not and we'll go from there.
