After fighting for a few hours to get the BB PC App installed and working, I finally got to the download manager to start downloading the Total War SHogun 2 game I purchased last night.
However, I've been sitting her for an hour and the download still remains at 0% downloaded.
I checked in C:\Users\Scott\AppData\Local\Best Buy pc app\DigitalShelf\Total War Shogun 2 so the folder is there but no files yet.
I have Cox internet and nothing is ever this slow.
What gives with this slow download (if it's even downloading at all)?
I'm not having any internet issues and can browase around without any issues.
I have my firewall and virus software turned off.
Is the server down or is their a trick to get this doggone thing working?

I'm sorry about the download issues you're having with Total War Shogun 2. It doesn't sounds like your internet connection is the problem from what you described so I will check with the PC App team to see if we might need to do something on our end. I should be hearing back from them early next week and I'll follow up with you right when I do.

Alright e6j, so I heard back from the PC App team and they advised that everything is working on our end but that the game does have rather large files so it may have just been your connection speed. Has it progressed any further?
