i dont have anything pre-downloaded.....what you mean install them - it wont go over 0% for the 13gigs as usuall...

the pc app should have downloaded the game when u preordered it . all u waited for was the keys. If u hadnt downloaded the game then you have to do taht now i guess. If u doing it now serveres are prob jammed

Start the Origin app. If you don't have it, go to Origin's web page and download it.

In the upper right theres a settings area, click REDEEM PRODUCT KEY and put your keys in there. You can download it from Origin a ton faster than Best Buy's full of fail servers and app.

im tyring to install origin client now but holy crap 50meg download and im going at 200kbs for some reason...i dont understand why it says 1 day to download the client

That doesn't make sense unless Origin is only hosting that on 1 server that's getting slammed right now. This late that shouldn't be the case though. Stop and restart it.

I just tested it, I'm downloading the full game and did the origin client, it was going @ 200KB/sec or less than 3 minutes total for 50meg.

I have tried to download it on firefox, ie, and chrome and every time as soon as the download hits 11.9megs it just stops and wont download anymore..

Any suggestions??

Alright.

Everyone needs to stop b*tching, and starring at there computer screen for some bs code thats gonna arrive in our emails.

Even once you get the code, you still have to download the game, which will probably take hours.

Not too mention the off chance we get some bs promo code for something else rather then the actual activation key.

Heres what you do..

1) Go to sleep.

2) Wake up mad as helll, take your order number ( from online purchase ).

3) Walk into best buy, and demand a physical copy, or a full refund.

4) I dont care who you b*tch out, b*tch someone out, and they WILL give you a copy, your money back, the right code, something. They wont leave you unhappy.

Yeah I'm frustrated about this too but biching over and over again on the forums and spamming crap wont solve anything.

Go get some f*cking sleep and deal with it in the morning.

The game is alrady downloaded, no need to wait to download it... We just want the keys to install it and play it.
