Anyone else get pushed back on their keycodes for Battlefield 3? Mine said that I would get my code at 2 AM, now right before midnight I get an email saying it's 12 PM.
I called up support and all they could tell me is that it can take 48 hours to get the code after release!
Thanks for making me wait up to two days to play a game I've already purchased and can't get a refund on because it's a digital download.
I wish that it said that online before I purchased the game that it could take 48 hours for the keys to be released to everyone...

I totally agree. I pre ordered Batman Arkham City, expecting to receive it by mail the day of or day after release. That was a week ago, it has been in the mail for a week and a half and I still don't have it. When I called customer service they told me two different days it should have been here, but it still isn't. So now they said it should be here by the end of the week. I find that hard to believe, so I will also never be ordering from Best Buy!

I have to say that I tend to agree on this one where I will probably think twice purchasing via Best Buy next time. I called the first time and was disconnected when the customer service representative attempted to transfer me. Called the second time where I was transferred several times before finally someone informed me the same thing... that it could take up to a few days just to get a keycode... very dissapointing.

I received codes for both Battlefield and Batman, the night before the games release. I was waiting at store for midnight release of Battlefield and about 1130pm the email came through.
However if you continue to pre-order from bestbuy.com only do store pick up. I have pre-ordered games and movies only to end up on back order. Completely absurd that they sell more pre-orders than they have product.

Allright, my turn now:
I purchased the game yesterday, not on pre-order, and I never got my e-mail with a key nor did I get a digital download showing up in the "My Downloads" section. I did get an e-mail saying the purchase was complete and that my download should appear within 'a few minutes' and that I would get a verification e-mail. Whatever, went to bed. Called today, and since I am Premier Silver, figured I might have a chance...nope. After getting bumped around to multiple people, I end up with the "downloads guy." He mutters something about, "looks like they haven't fixed it still..." He then tells me that he will send my information over to the "back-end" guys, and that I should be contacted within 48-72 hours. Anyone experienced this junkshow at all?
