So Dice/EA has released the game early on PC! Why would I ever order from BestBuy digital again if it means I'm treated as a lesser customer? Please release our keycodes!

I agree.. Why 2 am i mean.. I don't even understand. I would have just driven to Best Buy if i knew i had to stay up the ENTIRE night to be able to install my game. Heck i can't even preload it

I'm still on the phone with support, but it appears that they are aware of the issue and are obtaining a keycode for me right now. So, you might have to wait on hold a bit and go through the hassle of dealing with actual people, but if you call in you should be able to get your keycode for the (slightly) early release.

I called 1-888-237-8289. Still on the phone with them, will update again once I (hopefully) have my code.

Sigh, hopefully this is resolved and my time hasn't been wasted...

So they gave me a code, and it was the bonus Specact Kit code, NOT the game code. I'm starting to think we're going to be SOL.
